Cancellation Policy

• Cancel 30 or more days before check-in for a 100% refund (service fees excluded).
• Cancel 30 days before check-in for a 50% refund (service fees excluded).
• Cancel 7 days or fewer before check-in and the booking is non-refundable (0% refund).
• No refund is issued for early departure, no-shows, or cancellations made after check-in.
• All service fees are non-refundable.

All bookings are subject to the following cancellation terms.

Service Fees

PrimePlaces charges a non-refundable service fee on all bookings. Service fees range from R500 to 10% of the booking value. This fee covers platform costs, payment processing, and 24/7 guest support. All bookings are inclusive of service fees.

How Refunds Work

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been initiated.
